Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order leaves Loco HQ and is handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. Any delivery concerns (e.g. delays, mishandling) should be taken up directly with the shipping provider.

 

Customer Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping details before checking out! It’s your responsibility to ensure your address is correct and that someone is available to receive your package. Once your order is marked as delivered by the courier, Loco Lollies cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

 

Also, keep in mind – we’re in Australia! During warmer months, we highly recommend choosing Express Shipping to reduce the risk of heat-related damage to your lollies.
